Care That Meets People Where They Are
From weekly outreach to stable housing and inclusive recreation, these programs reflect what we believe: people matter. We intend to expand our support for additional adaptive recreation and social opportunities this year.
Twice each week, we provide food, help serve meals, offer encouragement, and build relationships through partner outreach in Mesa and Tempe with consistency, compassion, and care.
We’re providing funds to help build a mini home for a disabled veteran—stable housing that honors service, restores dignity, and creates a stronger foundation for long-term independence and community connection.
In partnership with I Got This Foundation, we support golf opportunities that build confidence, friendships, and community while creating more inclusive experiences for individuals of all abilities.
